On the next page, you will be asked to download and run the Zoho Assist application, ZA_Connect. This is a program we use for live support. If an agent is available and requests to connect, the agent will be able to view and take control of your computer. You can click “X” at any time to leave the session which will disable these permissions. They will also automatically be disabled once the session ends.
